Abrasion Resistant Suction and Discharge Hose
Garlock now offers industrial hose for your most abrasive applications. Discharge and suction hoses are both offered with ABRA-LINE® and ABRA-SHIELD® liners.
SUCTION HOSE
Abrasion Resistant Suction Hose is offered with both ABRA-LINE® and ABRA-SHIELD® liners.
Ideal for suction or discharge transfer of highly abrasive slurry where additional service life is desired when compared with industry standard natural rubber hoses.
Tube: Ultra-wear resistant ABRA-LINE®, millable polyurethane, yellow, smooth.
Features: Takes the guesswork out of determining if the hose is due for replacement. As the liner wears down, the unique ABRALINE® yellow color fades and the white backing becomes more prominent.
Cover: Weather, sunlight, ozone and wear resistant, EPDM, black, smooth fabric impression.
Reinforcement: Textile with embedded dual helix wire
Temperature: -10°F to 180°F

Tube: Our proprietary hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber (HNBR) formula was engineered for highly abrasive applications, ABRASHIELD® has proven high performance in aggressive applications with short or long term heat exposure up to 250°F.
Features: Unlike natural rubber, ABRA-SHIELD® has superior resistance to attack by petroleum oils, ozone, and UV
